They have always been so supportive, encouraging and just amazing.

This is a fun dance, they begin with a "mad" science teacher who wants to create the perfect dance partner.
So he uses a drill and other tools to "make" the perfect dance partner.
Alissa was that "perfect dance partner" this year.
They dance the Cha Cha.

I know I am a perfect stranger, and I don't know if you check this blog anymore, but I was searching for pictures of the BYU Ballroom Dancers and found your blog. Alissa stayed at our house the last two nights (in Indianapolis, May 5 & 6, 2009)and I just have to tell you how wonderful I think she is. What an amazing girl. You have so much to be proud of. She was so fun to talk to, so kind to my children, so positive and excited about her experience, so complimentary of our town and family, and so full of joy.
I have daughters who are 11 and 13 and it was such a blessing to have Alissa and Shayla in our home as an example to them of the result of good choices (BYU) and dedication (dancing). I can't say enough good things about the privilege of having them stay with us.
