Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation:Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in saucepan. Add milk, water, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Cook 5 minutes longer. Remove hot fudge sauce from heat, cool, and then stir in vanilla.

We will be serving this over brownies and ice cream for Zone Leader Council on Friday. I know it will be a hit. Maybe I should have another choice for those who don't eat chocolate. LOL
