I love this quote from Elder Ashton. If only we could all live by his counsel. I had the priviledge of meeting and spending time with Elder Ashton on more than one occasion. We would be wise to follow his words.
I love this quote on charity. My mom always taught us almost the same thing about it. She said that people always think it's about giving something - donations, or service or something like that.
It is that too but also encompasses our ability to drop our pride in situations and let things roll off our back and give people the benefit of the doubt a little more.
